For this week’s discussion…
You are going to create a meal plan for yourself or someone you know. This meal plan should reflect appropriate and healthy nutritional guidelines based on what you have learned in this chapter. Feel free to conduct any additional outside research, as well.
In your discussion post you must:
- Create a meal plan for yourself or someone you know for an entire 24 hours. It does not have to be a typical 3 meals a day plan. You may set up the meal plan however you would like. Make sure it reflects appropriate and healthy nutritional guidelines based on age, gender, and other demographics.
- Explain why you selected this meal plan for yourself or another person. Provide evidence to support your claims.
